The Roofing Warranty Certificate serves as a crucial document for homeowners who have recently invested in a new roof installation. This certificate, issued by MCS Roofing, outlines the specific terms and benefits associated with the warranty, providing peace of mind for homeowners. Key components include a lifetime craftsmanship coverage, which guarantees that the roof will remain free from leaks due to substandard installation for a period of 50 years from the warranty issue date. Additionally, the warranty is transferable, allowing new homeowners to benefit from the coverage as long as the transfer is properly documented. However, the warranty comes with certain conditions; it only takes effect once the installation is complete and all payments have been settled. Homeowners are responsible for promptly reporting any issues, as failure to do so may void the warranty. Regular maintenance is also required, with cleaning mandated every two years to ensure the warranty remains valid. Exclusions are clearly defined, covering natural disasters and structural issues, among other factors. Understanding these aspects of the Roofing Warranty Certificate can empower homeowners to make informed decisions and protect their investment in their property.
